These gluten free pumpkin bars are so buttery soft! They're topped with an easy cream cheese frosting, because everyone knows pumpkin and cream cheese is a winning combination.

INGREDIENTS - Gluten free flour - Cinnamon - Baking soda - Salt - Butter - Brown sugar - Pumpkin puree - Vanilla extract - Cream cheese - Powdered sugar

STEP 1: In a large bowl, whisk the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt together.

STEP 2: In a separate bowl, cream the butter with the brown sugar until smooth. 

STEP 3: Mix in the pumpkin and the vanilla extract.

STEP 4: Add the dry ingredients and mix on low speed until combined.

STEP 5: Transfer to the prepared pan. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan completely before frosting.

STEP 6: To make the frosting, beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and continue beating. Spread onto cooled bars before slicing into individual squares.
