These air fryer cinnamon bites are so quick and easy to make. They're perfectly soft on the inside yet crisp on the outside.

INGREDIENTS - GF flour - Tapioca flour - Milk - Oil - Sugar - Salt - Cinnamon

STEP 1: Whisk the gluten free flour and tapioca flour together.

STEP 2: In a medium saucepan, heat the milk, oil, sugar, and salt.

STEP 3: Bring to boil, remove from heat, add the flour mixture.

STEP 4: Cool then chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

STEP 5: Scoop into balls and air fry on 375ºF for 10 minutes.

STEP 6: For the topping, mix the cinnamon and sugar together. Coat each bite in topping while still warm.
