This easy banoffee ice cream pie is one of my favorite no-bake pie recipes. The pie features a thick layer of dulce de leche on a graham cracker crust, plus a delicious banana ice cream filling.
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Brown sugar
- Condensed milk
- Heavy cream
- Dulce de leche
- Chocolate sauce
STEP 1: Combine the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and butter and press into a pie plate. Store in the freezer.
STEP 2: Stir together the condensed milk and mashed banana.
STEP 3: Whip the cream to medium peaks.
STEP 4: Fold the banana mixture into the whipped cream.
STEP 5: Spread dulce de leche onto the crust.
STEP 6: Add filling, freeze 1 hour before adding toppings and freezing overnight.
