These are the best gluten free waffles! They're made from scratch but are so super easy and much better than store-bought -- perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

INGREDIENTS - Flour - Sugar - Baking powder - Salt - Oil - Milk - Vanilla

STEP 1:In a large bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.

STEP 2: Add the milk, oil, and vanilla and stir until incorporated.

STEP 3: Allow the batter to sit at room temperature for at least 10 minutes.

STEP 4: Using ¼ cup of batter at a time, pour batter onto hot waffle iron.

STEP 5: Cook each waffle for 4 minutes.

STEP 6: Repeat until all the batter is used up. For best results, serve warm.
