Chewy Apple Pie Cookies

INGREDIENTS - Flour - Baking soda - Cinnamon - Salt - Nutmeg - Butter - Brown sugar - Sugar - Applesauce - Vanilla - White chocolate chips

STEP 1:Whisk the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

STEP 2: Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the butter with both sugars.

STEP 3: Add the applesauce and vanilla and beat to combine.

STEP 4: Add the dry ingredients and mix on low speed until combined.

STEP 5: Stir in the white chocolate chips. Cover and chill 30 minutes.

STEP 6: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop cookie dough out onto baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
