Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

These delicious gluten free chocolate chip banana muffins are so moist and full of flavor! This is a one bowl recipe that's super easy to make for dessert or breakfast.

INGREDIENTS - Melted butter - Brown sugar - Bananas - Vanilla - GF flour - Baking powder - Baking soda - Cinnamon - Salt - Chocolate chips

STEP 1: Stir the melted butter with the brown sugar until combined. Add the mashed bananas and vanilla extract

STEP 2: Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

STEP 3: Fold in the chocolate chips.

STEP 4: Fill the cupcake liners 3/4 of the way full.

STEP 5: Bake on 425°F for 5 minutes then, without taking the muffins out, reduce the oven temperature to 375°F and continue baking for another 15 minutes.

STEP 6: Cool completely before removing from the muffin tin.
