Chocolate Dipped Madeleines

These easy chocolate dipped madeleines are so buttery and pillowy soft! They are especially delicious paired with a big cup of coffee.

INGREDIENTS - Flour - Baking powder - Salt  - Egg replacer or eggs - Sugar - Vanilla - Butter - Chocolate

STEP 1: Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat the egg replacer  (or eggs) and sugar until fully combined.

STEP 2:  Add vanilla extract and mix.

STEP 3: Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and stir until combined.

STEP 4: Stir in the melted butter.

STEP 5: Spoon batter into greased madeleine pans and chill for 30 minutes. Bake 10-12 minutes. Transfer cookies to a wire cooling rack.

STEP 5: Add one tablespoon of melted chocolate to each madeleine mold. Place a cooled cookie directly on top of the melted chocolate. Allow chocolate to set.
