INGREDIENTS - GF flour - Cocoa powder - Baking powder - Baking soda - Espresso powder - Salt - Butter - Sugar - Brown sugar - Hot water - Vanilla - Sour cream - Chocolate chips - Heavy cream

STEP 1: Whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, espresso powder, and salt together.

STEP 2: Cream the butter with both sugars. Add the vanilla and hot water.

STEP 3: Add the dry ingredients and mix to combine.

STEP 4: Add the sour cream and continue beating to incorporate.

STEP 5: Transfer to bundt pan, bake for 45-48 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before inverting.

STEP 6: To make the ganache, warm the cream in a saucepan. Pour over chocolate chips and let it sit for 5 minutes before stirring.
