No Yeast Cinnamon Rolls

These gluten free cinnamon rolls made without yeast are the perfect treat, complete with a wonderfully gooey center and 3-ingredient icing!

INGREDIENTS - Flour - Sugar - Baking powder - Salt - Butter - Milk  - Brown sugar - Cinnamon - Vanilla - Cream cheese - Powdered sugar

STEP 1: Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together. 

STEP 2: Add the butter and stir to combine. Stir in the milk. 

STEP 3: Transfer to a stand mixer fitted with the hook attachment and knead for about 3 minutes, then transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead by hand for another minute.

STEP 4: Roll dough out to a 9"x12" rectangle.

STEP 5: To make the filling, combine brown sugar, butter, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Spread onto dough, leaving a border around the edges, and press the filling in with your hands.

STEP 6: Starting with one of the short edges, gently roll the dough. Pinch edges to seal. Use a knife to cut into 12 even pieces. Arrange into your prepared muffin pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
