This creamy gingerbread cheesecake is such a deliciously festive dessert for the holiday season!

INGREDIENTS - Graham cracker crumbs - Brown sugar - Ginger - Cinnamon - Nutmeg - Cream cheese - Condensed milk - Molasses  - Sour cream - Salt

STEP 1: Combine the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted butter. Press crust into springform pan.

STEP 2: Add the condensed milk, sour cream, molasses, ginger, and salt and beat to combine. Some lumps are ok.

STEP 3: Pour filling into crust. Bake for 45-50 minutes.

STEP 4: Once the cheesecake has cooled completely, transfer to the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Serving suggestions:  - Top with whipped cream - Drizzle on some caramel sauce - Decorate with sugared cranberries
