Double Chocolate Zucchini Bread

INGREDIENTS Gluten free flour Cocoa powder Baking soda Salt Butter Brown sugar Greek yogurt Milk Vanilla Shredded zucchini Chocolate chips

STEP 1: In a small bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt together.

STEP 2: In a large bowl, combine the melted butter with the brown sugar. Stir in the Greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract. 

STEP 3: Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

STEP 4: Fold in the shredded zucchini and chocolate chips.

STEP 5: Transfer the batter to a greased loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes

STEP 6: Allow the zucchini bread to cool before removing from the pan.
