Easy Peach Cobbler Cookies

These easy peach cobbler cookies are so soft and delicious! The cookies are packed with fresh, juicy peaches and then topped with a classic vanilla drizzle.

INGREDIENTS - Flour - Baking powder - Baking soda - Salt - Butter - Sugar - Brown sugar - Egg or egg replacer - Vanilla - Peaches - Powdered sugar - Half and half

STEP 1: In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

STEP 2: In a separate bowl, cream the butter with both sugars.

STEP 3: Add the vanilla and egg replacer (or egg).

STEP 4: Add the dry ingredients and mix on low speed.

STEP 5: Fold in the diced peaches. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.

STEP 6: Scoop out cookie dough and arrange on baking sheet. Bake for 11-12 minutes. To make the glaze, stir the powdered sugar, half & half, and vanilla together.
