This gluten free apple cobbler is perfect for Thanksgiving! The cinnamon apples are soaked in brown sugar before baking, and the buttermilk biscuit topping complements it all perfectly.

INGREDIENTS - Apples - Brown sugar - Cinnamon - Salt - Flour - Sugar - Baking powder - Baking soda - Butter - Buttermilk

STEP 1: In a large bowl, toss the apple slices with the brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. 

STEP 2: In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 

STEP 3: Cut in the butter using a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.

STEP 4: Add the buttermilk and stir to combine.

STEP 5: Pour the apple filling into the prepared pan. Top with handfuls of slightly flattened dough.

STEP 6: Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the biscuit topping is slightly golden in color.
