Gluten Free Biscotti


This gluten free biscotti with chocolate drizzle is crunchy on the outside and tender in the center.


INGREDIENTS - GF flour - Brown sugar - Baking powder - Salt - Butter - Applesauce - Oil - Vanilla - Chocolate

STEP 1: Combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add cold butter. 

STEP 2: Cut in the butter using a pastry blender.

STEP 3: Add the applesauce, oil, and vanilla.

STEP 4: Transfer to baking sheet and shape into log.

STEP 5: Bake, cool for 15 min, slice into pieces.

STEP 6: Flip pieces, bake 12 min, flip each piece, bake 8 more min.
