Gluten Free Blondies

These classic gluten free blondies are sure to be a hit... I'd be shocked to find someone who doesn't love these! They're sweet, gooey, buttery, and oh-so-delicious.

INGREDIENTS - GF flour - Baking powder - Salt - Butter - Sugar - Brown sugar - Eggs or egg replacer - Vanilla

STEP 1: In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together and set aside.

STEP 2: In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the butter with both sugars.

STEP 3: Add the egg replacer (or eggs) and vanilla and beat to combine.

STEP 4: Add the dry ingredients and mix on low speed until combined.

STEP 5: Spread batter into baking pan and bake for 23-25 minutes.

STEP 6: Cool in pan completely before removing and slicing.
