INGREDIENTS - GF graham crackers - Melted butter - Cream cheese - Sweetened condensed milk - Lime juice - Sour cream - Vanilla - Lime zest - Heavy cream - Sugar

STEP 1: Combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Press into a 9-in. tart pan.

STEP 2: Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. 

STEP 3: Add the condensed milk, lime juice, sour cream, vanilla, and zest. Transfer to crust.

STEP 4: Bake on 300ºF for 30-35 minutes.

STEP 5: Cool completely, then chill for at least 1 hour.

STEP 6: To make the whipped cream, beat the heavy cream with the sugar until stiff peaks form.
