Gluten Free Olive Oil Cake

INGREDIENTS - Extra virgin olive oil - Sugar - Greek yogurt - Orange juice - Vanilla - Gluten free flour - Baking powder - Baking soda - Salt

STEP 1: In a large mixing bowl, whisk the olive oil and granulated sugar together.

STEP 2:  Add the yogurt, orange juice, and vanilla and whisk to combine. 

STEP 3: Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and mix to combine. 

STEP 4: Pour batter into a greased pan and allow it to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. 

STEP 5: Bake for 30-32 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

STEP 5: Allow the cake to cool in the pan completely before removing and serving.
