Gluten Free Pound Cake

This gluten free pound cake is especially delicious topped with some homemade whipped cream and berries!

INGREDIENTS - GF flour - Baking powder - Salt - Butter - Sugar - Greek yogurt - Vanilla - Heavy cream

STEP 1: Using a stand mixer, cream the butter with the sugar until smooth and lighter in color.

STEP 2: Add the yogurt and vanilla and beat to combine.

STEP 3: Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix on low speed until combined.

STEP 4: Transfer the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. 

STEP 5: To make the whipped cream, use an electric mixer to beat the cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.

STEP 6: Cool cake completely before topping with whipped cream and berries.
