Gluten Free Shortbread Cookies

These gluten free shortbread cookies are a classic and are beyond easy (like, 5 ingredients easy) to make. Dipping them in chocolate is a total game changer, too!

INGREDIENTS - Butter - Sugar - Salt - GF flour - Melted chocolate

STEP 1: Cream the butter with the sugar and salt.

STEP 2: Add in the flour and continue to beat until combined.

STEP 3: Transfer the dough onto a piece of plastic wrap and roll into a log. Chill for at least 2 hours.

STEP 4: Slice into ½ inch rounds. Arrange cookies on a lined baking sheet and bake

STEP 5: For perfect rounds, use a cookie cutter to reinforce the shape as soon as the cookies come out. 

STEP 6: Cool completely, then dip in melted chocolate.
