These easy gluten free snickerdoodles are extra soft and completely irresistible!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED - GF flour - Cream of tartar - Baking soda - Cinnamon - Salt - Butter - Sugar - Greek yogurt - Vanilla

STEP 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

STEP 2: Whisk the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together.

STEP 3: In a separate bowl, cream the butter with the sugar.

STEP 4: Add the yogurt and vanilla and mix. Stir in the dry ingredients until combined.

STEP 5: Make the topping in a small bowl by combining the sugar and cinnamon.

STEP 6: Break off pieces of cookie dough, roll into a ball, and roll in topping. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
