These grasshopper bars are so perfect for mint chocolate lovers! The brownies are fudgy and chewy, and the buttercream frosting makes these bars extra indulgent.
- Chocolate chips
- Eggs/egg replacer
- Cocoa powder
- Baking powder
- Powdered sugar
- Peppermint extract
- Green food coloring
STEP 1: In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the butter with the chocolate chips in :30 intervals
STEP 2: Add the sugar and eggs/egg replacer and mix to combine.
STEP 3: Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
STEP 4: Transfer to a square pan and bake 28-30 minutes.
STEP 5: To make the frosting, beat the butter until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar and continue to mix
STEP 6: Mix in the peppermint extract. Add milk and beat. Add gel food coloring and mix well. Spread on cooled brownies before slicing.
