These chewy maple sugar cookies are full of rich flavor, making them perfect for fall (but let's be real, you can enjoy these delicious cookies year-round!).

INGREDIENTS - Gluten free flour - Baking soda - Salt - Butter - Brown sugar - Maple syrup - Egg or egg replacer

STEP 1: In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt together.

STEP 2: Using an electric mixer, cream the butter with the brown sugar.

STEP 3: Add in the maple syrup and the egg (or egg replacer).

STEP 4: Add the dry ingredients and mix on low speed until combined. 

STEP 5: Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. 

STEP 6: Roll dough into balls and arrange a few inches apart on the baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes until lightly browned.
