Oreo Cheesecake Cookies

INGREDIENTS - Butter - Cream cheese - Sugar - Vanilla - Flour - Salt - Oreos

STEP 1: Cream the butter, cream cheese, and sugar together until smooth.

STEP 2: Add the vanilla and continue mixing to incorporate.

STEP 3: Add the flour and salt and mix on low speed to combine.

STEP 4: Fold in the chopped Oreos.

STEP 5: Cover and chill 30 minutes.

STEP 6: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop cookie dough out onto baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
