Peach Cobbler Cookies
These peach cobbler cookies are so soft, packed with fresh peaches and topped with a vanilla drizzle.
- GF flour
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- Brown sugar
- Eggs or egg replacer
- Powdered sugar
- Half and half
STEP 1: Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
STEP 2: Cream the butter with both sugars.
STEP 3: Add egg/egg replacer and vanilla.
STEP 4: Add the dry ingredients and mix on low speed until combined. Fold in the peaches.
STEP 5: Chill for 1 hour, then bake on 350ºF for 11 minutes.
STEP 6: For the glaze, stir powdered sugar, half and half, and vanilla together and drizzle onto cooled cookies.
