Perfect Gluten Free Vanilla Cupcakes

- GF flour
- Baking powder
- Egg or egg replacer
- Powdered sugar
- Heavy cream
STEP 1: In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt.
STEP 2: In a separate bowl, beat the sugar, butter, and oil until smooth.
STEP 3: Add the vanilla and egg replacer (or egg).
STEP 4: Add the dry ingredients in thirds, alternating with the milk and making sure to start and end with dry ingredients.
STEP 5: Beat briefly after each addition until combined.
STEP 6: Spoon the batter into the cupcake liners. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
