- Baking powder
- Salt
- Sugar
- Butter
- Oil
- Egg or egg replacer
- Vanilla
- Milk
- Powdered sugar
- Heavy cream

STEP 1: In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt.

STEP 2: In a separate bowl, beat the sugar, butter, and oil until smooth.
