INGREDIENTS
- Flour
- Sugar
- Salt
- Butter
- Water
- Pumpkin puree
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Arrowroot
- Pumpkin pie spice
- Vanilla

STEP 1:Whisk the dry ingredients together in a large bowl, then toss in the cubed butter.

STEP 2: Cut in the butter using a pastry blender until the mixture is coarse with pea-sized pieces of butter throughout.

STEP 3: Add ice water gradually and mix until the mixture is moist and holds together. Form the dough into a round disc, then wrap tightly and chill for at least 2 hours.

STEP 4: Once the dough has chilled, roll it out on a lightly floured surface to a 12" round. Transfer to your pie plate.

STEP 5: To make the filling, combine all ingredients and beat until incorporated.

STEP 6: Pour the filling into the crust and bake first in preheated oven for 15 minutes then reduce the temperature and bake for 35 more minutes.
