INGREDIENTS
- Flour
- Cocoa powder
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- Salt
- Butter
- Sugar
- Brown sugar
- Egg
- Greek yogurt
- White chocolate chips
- Red food coloring

STEP 1: In a large bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.

STEP 2: Using a stand mixer, cream the butter with both sugars until smooth.

STEP 3: Add the Greek yogurt and egg and mix to combine.

STEP 4: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix to incorporate. Mix in the red food coloring and fold in the chocolate chips.

STEP 5: Scoop out tablespoonfuls of dough. Arrange onto a lined baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
