This quick small batch cheesecake for two is the perfect date night dessert! It's incredibly creamy, with a classic graham cracker crust, and is ideal for smaller groups.
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Brown sugar
- Melted butter
- Cream cheese
- Condensed milk
- Sour cream
- Vanilla extract
STEP 1: Combine the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter in a small bowl and stir well.
STEP 2: Press the crust into the bottom of the pan and chill in the refrigerator while you work on the filling.
STEP 3: Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
STEP 4: Add the sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, and vanilla and beat until combined.
STEP 5: Transfer the filling onto the crust and bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool completely, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
STEP 6: Serve plain or top with whipped cream or fruit compote.
