These gluten free snickerdoodle cookie bars are a super easy and fun treat for any cinnamon lovers in your life!

INGREDIENTS - Sugar - Vegetable/canola oil - Greek yogurt - Vanilla extract - GF flour - Baking powder - Cinnamon - Salt

STEP 1: Prepare the topping by mixing together the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside.

STEP 2:  In a large bowl, mix the sugar, canola oil, yogurt, and vanilla extract.

STEP 3: Add in the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

STEP 4: Transfer the batter into the pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly on top.

STEP 5: Bake for 15-18 minutes.

STEP 6: Cool in the pan completely before cutting into bars.
