This gluten free tres leches cake is simply the best! The light and delicious sponge cake is soaked in a three milk mixture, then topped with homemade whipped cream.
- Canola oil
- Greek yogurt
- GF flour
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- Condensed milk
- Evaporated milk
- Half and half
- Heavy cream
STEP 1: In a large bowl, combine the sugar and oil.
STEP 2: Add the yogurt, milk, and vanilla.
STEP 3: Fold in the dry ingredients.
STEP 4: Use a fork to poke holes all over surface of slightly warm cake.
STEP 5: Whisk together condensed milk, evaporated milk, and half and half.
STEP 6: Pour over cake. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Top with whipped cream before serving.
