- White chocolate
- Brown sugar
- Eggs or egg replacer
- Baking powder
- White chocolate chips
STEP 1: Combine the butter and white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until melted.
STEP 2: Add both sugars, eggs/egg replacer, and vanilla and stir to combine.
STEP 3: Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and stir until combined.
STEP 4: Fold in the white chocolate chips.
STEP 5: Bake for 24-28 minutes. Cool completely before removing from pan and slicing into bars.
