White Chocolate Raspberry Muffins

These jumbo white chocolate raspberry muffins are so, so easy and delicious. No one will even know they're gluten free!

INGREDIENTS - Flour - Baking powder - Baking soda - Salt - Butter - Sugar - Buttermilk - Egg Replacer or eggs - Vanilla - White chocolate chips - Fresh raspberries

STEP 1:In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.

STEP 2: Beat the butter and sugar together until smooth. 

STEP 3: Add the buttermilk, egg replacer, and vanilla. 

STEP 4: Stir in the dry ingredients, then fold in the white chocolate chips and raspberries.

STEP 5: Transfer the batter into the prepared pan, filling each liner all the way to the top.

STEP 6: Bake for 5 minutes, then, without removing the muffins from the oven, reduce the temperature to 350°F and bake for another 25-30 minutes.
