Ingredients
16ouncescream cheeseroom temperature
14ouncessweetened condensed milk
2tablespoonslemon juice
1tablespoonorganic chocolate syrup
1tablespooninstant coffee
1gluten free graham cracker crust
Instructions
Using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, beat cream cheese with the condensed milk until smooth and creamy. Add lemon juice, chocolate syrup, and instant coffee and beat until combined.
Pour filling onto the crust and chill in refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
Notes
The chocolate syrup I use is Hershey's Simply 5 Chocolate Syrup. This one doesn't have any corn syrup in it, so it's great for anyone with corn allergies.
