½cup (113g)unsalted buttermelted and cooled to room temperature
½cup (100g)granulated sugar
¼cup (50g)light brown sugarpacked
¼cup (64g)unsweetened applesauce
¼cup (60ml)salted caramel sauce
1cupmashed bananaabout 1 large banana
1 ½cups (222g)gluten free flour blend
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the butter with both sugars until combined. Add in the applesauce, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract. Stir in the mashed banana. Fold in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before removing.
