Ingredients
4medium apples
⅓cup (40g)quinoa flakes
¼cup (36g)gluten free flour blend
¼cup (50g)brown sugarpacked
4tablespoons (56g)unsalted buttermelted
1tablespoonlemon juice
½teaspooncinnamon
½teaspoonvanilla extract
¼cup (42g)raisins
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice each apple in half and scoop out the core and seeds. Arrange on prepared baking sheet and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix the quinoa flakes, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, lemon juice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and raisins until combined. Scoop a heaping spoonful onto the top of each apple. Bake for 30-32 minutes. For best results, serve warm.
